You must complete the required forms in order to participate in InConcert 2012.
The deadline has been extended to Valentines Day February 14, 2012

The forms the Student Musicians need to complete:
1) Contract
2) Transportation Waiver (Music Directors should have handed it out to them and they must submit to the music director)
3) Medical Form (it will be posted soon)
